Job mela tomorrow

VIJAYAWADA: A job mela will be conducted on Friday at the Employment Exchange located on the premises of Government ITI. Interviews will be conducted by the South India Research Institute, Reliance Money, National Traders and Services, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Ramcor and Identity companies. Graduates are eligible to appear for the interviews for the posts of business development executive and customer service associates, for which the salary being offered is Rs. 6,000 a month. Those who have passed Intermediate are eligible for the posts of field sales executives and those with ITI background could apply for the posts of service engineers and helpers. Interested candidates must reach the venue by 10.30 a.m. to attend the interviews.

Regional Employment Officer V. Himabindu said in a statement on Wednesday that a six-month-long free training would be provided to the unemployed youth under Entrepreneur Development Training programme, for which those who have passed ITI, diploma, B.Sc. (Computers), BCA and MCA were eligible to apply.

Similarly, applications would be received from the eligible candidates for providing free training in heavy vehicle driving and LMV driving courses under Rajiv Udyoga Sri.
